The problem, and I’m sure it’s easy. The printer slid off its stand and landed backside. (Connection side). Everything looks like it wants to work, but doesn’t. We had ordered a new printer months ago, but obviously, it has not come to fruition. We ordered the new one because it would jam from tray 1. So we have been printing from the manual “tray” in the middle. Can anything get me back to that manual feed from before? I tried, but obviously, I’m doing something wrong. Please help.
