My Windows 10 PC is not talking to my Kyocera FS-C2526MFP Printer Everything was fine. I turned off my printer and my computer last night and now they are not communicating. I have gone through the troubleshooting steps on my computer. I have 2 issues: 1. I am told that the issue if that the printer is not on. I have turned it off and on, rebooted the computer to no avail and on my computer, it is saying the printer is offline. 2. On printer properties > Device Settings > there is a red X next to Paper Feeder (Cassette 2) ...try as I might, I can't get it to be a black check. I place letter size paper in Cassette 2 so it's quite important that it functions. I appreciate any help you can give me. Please note that I am in no way a knowledgeable techie so any instructions should be as if you are talking to your grandmother. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I have a Kyocera FS1030MFP Printer scanner and have been having intermittent problems getting it to print ever since I updated to Windows 10. I have downloaded and installed (?) the latest drivers from the Kyocera website some time ago but it has stopped printing altogether. The scan Function has not worked since I upgraded to Windows 10 as I was using Paper port 11 which is no longer supported.
