The cartridges are new. It is Combo purchased from a Kodak website. I took out the black cartridge and wiped it off but there was no ink to be cleaned off. I wiped out where the cartridge goes in and it clicked but it printed support plus but no black.

I can't text. The cartridges are new. There is no tape on them. I took the black out and wiped it off but there was no ink coming off it. I wiped out where the cartridge goes in but there was no ink debris there. The color cartridge prints fuzzily. It's frustrating.

just bought a combo for my printer. Checked the heads, checked the drivers, wiped the cartridges with alcohol. Try to print... nothing. What is the shelf life of these cartridges? They are getting more expensive to find and the prices are going from $32 to $60.00 for the Kodak ESP-C310.

I have done all of the steps with new ink and it prints color but not black. My troubleshooter keeps telling me my print spooler is not on and not starting automatically. I went to command and it said I successfully restarted the spooler but it still won't work. Any ideas?
