My MG 6150 cannot be reset as it fails at every “power on” cycle. It just tells me to turn it off and then on again. I can and have done this many times but still, it won’t function. I changed a printer cartridge but did not use it directly, just turning it off after doing that operation. The problem occurred when I tried to use it the next day. It may be a function of that process, but the printer cartridges are inaccessible if you cannot power it up. Manual is next to useless. I get a C000 message… Read more »

These tips only apply to you if your printer can be turned on, my printer keeps turning on and off and a beeping noise every time it turns on then immediately off. I’ve followed everything that I have found and have not done anything differently.

Have you checked to see if there’s paper in the printer? Not in the tray, but, in the printer. Sometimes when you start and stop, turn on and off, the paper feeds in. You may not have noticed it. I’m not sure if it says paper jammed, or does it give an error code!

My new Canon TS5300 says it’s a Finished printing page (only three pages printed) when it hasn’t. It’s maddeningly frustrating. I like Canon as a rule

I have tried the last option (reset printer without the software) on my Canon Maxify MB2750, but it doesn’t help because the orange light, that first was always on, now keeps on blinking but the light of the power button doesn’t turn on.

Yeah, none of this worked on my printer I guess I’m forced to have to buy color ink even though I only need black ink because won’t function otherwise.
