My color changed to purple in the middle of printing several pages printed fine - then purple appeared. Plenty of ink in all cartridges. Did a cleaning. Ran a nozzle check. The test page says everything is fine - no white lines on the test page, but blue is still purple. Did a test page with different shades of blue - all came out dull purple. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you

I have a Pixma iP4600. Changed the print head, cartridge, deep cleaned, nozzles cleaned, and it's still not printing properly.

I have tried all the steps and procedures that have been recommended nothing. I tell nothing at all seems to work on printing with the color cartridge that's ran out of ink. I have full black ink and have selected the black-only option and nothing the worst part of this garbage. I am not even trying to print anything. I am trying to scan a document from my printer/scanner to my computer, it won't let me do anything because the color cartridge ink error comes on tried to do the reset option the color error went off but it still won't let me do anything, it won't let me print or scan anything Very Very Very disappointed in this crappy printer other than having to buy a new color cartridge just to be able to scan seems ridiculous is there anything or anyone that can fix this issue soon please let me know.

My photos that have printed perfectly in the past are now purple - even with full cartridges - I just paid $85.00 yesterday to get new cartridges - because the set I got a month ago did not come with a small black cartridge and I had to buy all 5 in a set to get it, as Staples did not have a single one available. After all that - I cannot print a decent photo and my black and white documents have alignment errors on some of the lines of print.

Then when looking at the directions to correct issues, I see that you imply that it is the lack of competence of the customer that is causing the issues. I will never purchase another printer product again if I can avoid it.
