I have cleaned my previously clogged print head and ink is flowing in all colors but only leaves long continuous smudge instead of a clear image of the "nozzle check" page. Any other printable pages are just swatches of "all inks". Wish I could send you a jpeg shot of said. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi, I have an Epson XP-335 and mine is doing the same. Sounds and acts like printing, full cartridges and it's blank. I've redone drivers, restored settings, and done all the head cleaning, etc, and nothing. Did you find a resolution in the end? Thank you

The same problem here changed the black cartridge (with an original one), and since then nothing, XP-345 is only 4 years old. This is my second Epson printer, but definitely my last one.

My XP-245 doesn't black despite replacing the cartridge. Tried to do everything mentioned on this page. When I run the nozzle check print, the black column is blank. What else can I do?

My problem is the printer is fine. I can print from it from other devices and make copies. However, the device that was active when it ran out of ink won't recognize the change. I have closed and restarted the programs and printer. No change. It's kinds of like the computer is holding a grudge and refusing to forgive the grievance. Of course, I know that isn't true, but I just don't know how else to describe it.

Did the Epson somehow download an update so that I can't print with replacement (non-Epson) ink?

I changed the black ink cartridge but now it doesn't print text. It does print photos or graphics like a screen print on my iPhone
